Dining Table with 4 Leaf: 

Refinish entire table (including legs),  re-stain a darker color -  Espresso. Finish with High Gloss Polyurethane. 

Cost: $2400

Dining Chairs Set of 8: 

Sand the chairs to remove scratches and imperfections. Finish with Brilliant Shine LACQUER. 

Lacquer Color: Benjamin Moore Simply White. 

Upholstery as is/will remain unaltered.
