Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
How your order ships
- Furniture travels by delivery truck, often driven by our own team. The carrier will call you to set an appointment window. They bring the piece into your home and unwrap it.
- Smaller items (pillows, lamps, decor) ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx.
- We will confirm the shipping method when you place your order.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the item and your delivery address.
Local delivery and pickup
- Local delivery is available within 40 miles of Northbrook, IL.
- Local warehouse pickup is available in the Chicagoland area: 1880 Holste Road, Unit 104, Northbrook, Illinois 60062.
Delivery times
- Furniture and other large items usually arrive within 6 weeks of your order date.
- UPS, USPS and FedEx orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Damage in transit
We inspect every piece before it leaves our warehouse. Please inspect your delivery before signing any paperwork. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@firebirdfurniture.com as soon as possible.
