Firebird Furniture has determined the best, most efficient shipping methods, based on the merchandise you have selected. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. We've selected the best professional carriers (in many cases we ship it ourselves) to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Options

• Delivery – Furniture can be shipped via delivery truck anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. The delivery carrier will call to set up an appointment window for delivery. They will bring the piece to your home and unwrap it.
• UPS, USPS, FedEx Delivery – Non-furniture items will be shipped using one of these carriers. At checkout, you may have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
• Local Delivery – Available within a 25 mile radius of Northfield, IL.
• Local Warehouse Pickup – Available in the Chicagoland area.

Domestic Delivery Time Estimates

• Furniture and other large items typically arrive within 6 weeks from your date of order.
• UPS, USPS, and FedEx deliveries ship in three to five business days.
