Add a touch of classicism to your home decor with this pair of Vintage Cast Plaster Reproduction Busts of Louise & Alexandre Brongniart Lamps. The original busts, sculpted by French artist Jean Antoine Houdon, were displayed at the French Salon in 1777. The terracotta originals are believed to be in the Louvre, and were highly acclaimed by art lovers during Houdon's time. The subjects of the busts, Louise and Alexandre Brongniart, were the children of renowned Neoclassical architect Alexandre-Théodore Brongniart (1739–1813). These lamps are in excellent working condition and are a perfect addition to any room.
